Terms of Services
Good Bittes provides event provider sourcing services, which may include but are not limited to venue search, catering, music, photography, decoration, transport and any other provider category agreed upon in the brief. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each search will be clearly outlined before any work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
You may cancel your search at any time before the first options are delivered. In that case, 50% of the sourcing fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after options have been delivered, the full sourcing fee is retained as the service has been rendered. Good Bittes reserves the right to terminate the engagement in cases of abusive behaviour or failure to meet agreed payment terms.

→ Cancellation after delivery: no refund
→ All research and sourced options remain property of Good Bittes until full payment is settled

Confidentiality
During the sourcing process, you may share event details, budgets, or business information with us. We treat all such information as strictly confidential and will never disclose it to third parties without your consent. Equally, our provider network, pricing structures and internal processes are proprietary to Good Bittes and must not be shared or used to circumvent our service.
→ Client information is never shared with providers beyond what is necessary
→ Provider contacts sourced through Good Bittes may not be used to bypass future engagements
→ We are happy to sign a mutual NDA upon request
